Key Requirements
18+ years of overall experience with strong expertise in Medical Coding operations .
Proven leadership experience managing large-scale Medical Coding delivery operations 500+ FTE's .
Strong understanding of US Healthcare / RCM and Medical Coding processes .
Experience managing large teams, operational performance, productivity, quality and client SLAs.
Robust exposure to P&L; / financial management, operational metrics and continuous improvement .
Proven experience in stakeholder and client management at senior levels.
Strong people leadership, transformation and process excellence capabilities.
Candidates currently working at Director / Senior Director / AVP / equivalent level would be preferred.
