Customer Success Manager - US Eye-Care Clients

ABOUT GRUNTWRK

GruntWrk (gruntwrk.ai) builds AI voice and SMS agents for eye-care clinics

across the US. Our agents answer the phone, book and reschedule appointments,

verify insurance, run patient intake, and follow up on orders, so small

optometry and ophthalmology practices never miss a patient. We are a small,

fast-growing team, and we are investing in how we support and partner with

our clients.

THE ROLE

You'll own the relationship with our clinics: proactively checking in, showing

them the results we drive (calls handled, appointments booked, insurance

verified, after-hours coverage), gathering feedback, and making sure every

practice feels looked after. You are the human face of a very technical

product. If you love owning relationships, spotting problems before they're

raised, and making customers feel like the most important people in the room,

you'll thrive here.

This role works US business hours (night shift in India) with US-based clinic

owners, office managers, and front-desk teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own a portfolio of US eye-care clients as their main point of contact

• Reach out first. Don't wait for tickets. Run check-ins, share wins, surface insights.

• Turn our work into explicit updates: reports, short videos, "here's what we did for you this month"





• Onboard new clinics and make their first 30 days excellent

• Catch churn risk early and drive renewals, expansion, and referrals

• Be the voice of the customer back to our product and engineering team

APPLY ONLY IF

• You have at least 3 years (ideally 5+) owning client relationships in a SaaS or tech company

• You have worked directly with US or international clients, not domestic-only

• You can commit to a full-time night shift on US hours, long term

• You can start within 2 weeks

• You are genuinely proactive and comfortable owning accounts without close supervision

• You have reliable home internet and a quiet space for client calls

• Your spoken and written English is excellent

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience in medical claims processing, including insurance eligibility verification, prior authorizations, and claim denial resolution in a healthcare or clinical setting.

• Background in BPO or customer-facing voice/support roles for US or international clients

• Experience with US healthcare or medical/dental/optical practices

• Comfort with CRMs and a knack for turning data into a story
