~ We're looking for a Business Development Executive to accelerate our growth by identifying, nurturing, and closing high-value business opportunities. Identify and reach out to potential customers through targeted campaigns and outreach strategies.
Client Engagement: Conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations, and stakeholder negotiations to convert leads into clients.
Sales Pipeline Ownership: Build and manage a structured sales pipeline, tracking each stage from lead to closure.
Partnership Development: Team Leadership:



Manage and mentor junior sales professionals, fostering a high-performance, goal-oriented culture.
Reporting & Insights: Provide actionable sales insights and performance metrics to leadership to inform business decisions.

Experience
~3+ years in Business Development or B2B Sales (preferably SaaS or tech-driven platforms)
~ Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment

Strong grasp of SaaS and B2B sales cycles
Proven ability to manage large accounts and complex sales
CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and data-driven decision-making
Experience in SaaS or customer engagement platforms
Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API and conversational marketing tools
Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise clients
Strategic thinker with the ability to guide and develop junior sales talent
