The HR Analyst will serve as a strategic aide to the Managing Director (MD) and leadership team, undertaking high-priority projects, driving business impact across departments, and ensuring smooth executive operations. This role combines strategic thinking, project execution, and communication expertise while acting as a trusted partner to leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Project Management:
- Help formulate and execute strategic projects that align with organizational goals.
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments on behalf of the MD and leadership team, representing executives where appropriate.
- Data & Performance Insights:
- Stay close to company performance data, identifying underlying trends and contributing to data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve complex challenges and drive impact.
- Executive Support:
- Ensure the MD is fully prepared for meetings, interactions, and official visits.
- Manage critical tasks, allocate responsibilities, and support high-stakes decision-making across competing priorities.
- Communication & Coordination:
- Prepare and disseminate major communications from the MD's office.
- Accompany the MD on all tours of duty as a confidential lieutenant, managing sensitive information with discretion.
