- Develop, implement, and maintain effective Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in EHS performance and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop training programs on EHS best practices, emergency response planning, and incident investigation techniques.
- Provide guidance on risk assessment methodologies, hazard identification, and control implementation.
Job Requirements :
- 11-15 years of experience in Setting Health & Safety (EH&S;) role within the Engineering & Construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful EH&S; management systems.
