The Impact You Will Have in This Role

The Enterprise Client Operations (ECO) organization comprises onboarding and client support (help desk) capabilities for DTCC and its subsidiaries. The Client Operations Data Director plays a critical role in supporting ECO leadership—particularly with teams based in Chennai—and closely partners with the Enterprise Data Team to execute DTCC's client/entity data strategy.

This leadership position requires exceptional communication, team-building, and problem-solving skills to drive performance, foster engagement, and lead data and project initiatives. The individual will be responsible for building relationships with stakeholders and developing high-performing teams.

Your Primary Responsibilities

ECO Leadership Responsibilities

- Provide site leadership for ECO employees in the Chennai office
- Plan and execute site-specific activities to enhance employee engagement
- Manage day-to-day operations of Chennai-based ECO teams, ensuring alignment with performance goals
- Foster a culture of collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training of new hires
- Maintain and execute Business Continuity Plans; lead crisis response as needed
- Represent ECO in key events with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrate enterprise-wide leadership and proactive problem-solving





Client Operations Data Lead Responsibilities

- Build and lead a team focused on data remediation, ensuring accurate client data across platforms
- Partner with the Enterprise Data Team and IT to resolve data issues and implement solutions
- Define outreach and remediation strategy to validate and collect client data
- Develop and implement data quality standards and control procedures
- Conduct data quality assessments and oversee corrective actions
- Train team members on data management best practices
- Lead project initiatives for ECO leadership; define scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Maintain the team's Book of Work and assess staffing/resource needs
- Ensure teams are operationally ready to support new product or requirement launches
- Conduct capacity planning and staffing assessments
- Define and revise key metrics and KRIs for performance tracking
- Analyze client feedback, identify knowledge gaps, and recommend training
- Monitor performance reports to ensure alignment with team objectives
- Explore opportunities to streamline and automate processes by understanding interdependencies across functions

Qualifications

- Minimum of 10 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
