We are seeking an experienced Java Engineer with expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to join our agile team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and be passionate about building scalable applications in the cloud.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design, develop, and maintain Java applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
- Implement and manage cloud-based services and solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Ensure the reliability and security of applications in the cloud environment.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS




- 5-10 years of experience in software development with Java.
- Robust understanding of GCP services, including Compute Engine, App Engine, Cloud Functions, and BigQuery.
- Proficient in cloud architecture and design principles.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
