We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Medicine Physician to join our Emergency Department team. You will be responsible for the rapid assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with acute illnesses or injuries that require immediate medical attention.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide prompt and productive medical care to patients arriving in the emergency department.
- Perform triage, stabilization, and advanced life support for critically ill or injured patients.
- Coordinate with specialists, surgeons, and inpatient teams for referrals or admissions.
- Manage trauma cases, cardiac emergencies, poisoning, pediatric emergencies, etc.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests like ECGs, X-rays, lab reports, and CT scans.
- Document patient histories, treatment plans, and clinical outcomes accurately.
- Supervise and guide junior doctors, nurses,



and paramedics during emergencies.
- Participate in quality assurance, morbidity & mortality meetings, and training programs.

Key Requirements:

- MBBS with MD/DNB in Emergency Medicine / Critical Care / General Medicine / Anaesthesia
- Valid medical license and registration (MCI or state medical council)
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and make quick, informed decisions
- Strong clinical knowledge, especially in trauma, cardiac life support (ACLS/BLS), and toxicology
- Good communication and team collaboration skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
