- Ability to analyze complex circuits, including those with multiple components and integrated circuits.
- Soldering various electronic components, including resistors, capacitors, ICs, and connectors, onto PCBs with precision.
- Ability to rework and repair PCBs, including des oldering components and making modifications as needed.
- Ability to accurately place components on PCBs, ensuring correct orientation and alignment
- Understanding the differences between analog and digital circuit schematics and how to read each type effectively.
- Recognizing and identifying various electronic components on a schematic, including resistors, capacitors, inductors, diodes, transistors, and integrated circuits. Knowledge of FPGAs is a plus.
- Evaluating different solutions and approaches to determine the most effective one.

- Using schematics to troubleshoot and diagnose issues in electronic systems, including identifying potential points of failure

- Independently conducts standard tests, documents results and identifies discrepancies. Capability to validate circuits against specifications.
- Able to conduct Environmental tests as per MIL-STD, JSS standards etc. Knowledge in EMI/EMC tests
