- Oversee daily operations to achieve targets and improve efficiency.
- Develop strategies to reduce delinquency rates and increase recoveries.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- 8-10 years of experience in NBFC industry with expertise in collections, recovery, collection management, debt management, and recovery management.
- Solid understanding of legal frameworks related to debt collection.
