Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
- Design graphic user interface elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes to clearly illustrate site functionality and appearance
- Create original graphic designs, including images, sketches, and tables
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems such as responsiveness issues
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback and usability testing
- Adhere to style standards for fonts, colors, and images
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and integration with external data sources using Power Automate and connectors
- Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and developers




- Document application components, configurations, and best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks

Required Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 3+ years of digital development experience in UI/UX
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Visio, and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello)
- Knowledge of Microsoft products such as PowerApps and SharePoint
- Experience in agile squad management and agile product delivery
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and stay focused in a quick-paced environment
- Hands-on, action-oriented approach
- Fluent in English
