Key Responsibilities:

- Delivery Leadership:
- Plan, execute, and deliver large-scale application development projects on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a large cross-functional team of 100 to 200 members, including developers, QA engineers, and project managers.
- Foster a collaborative work environment, driving team performance and engagement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with business leaders, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure expectations are met.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and delivery.
- Technical Expertise:
- Oversee application development activities, ensuring best practices, standards, and modern methodologies are followed.
- Provide guidance on technical challenges in Java, .NET, or similar technologies, ensuring solutions are scalable and sustainable.
- Process Improvement:
- Continuously refine delivery processes to improve efficiency,



quality, and team productivity.
- Implement metrics-driven approaches to track project progress and address potential risks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 15+ years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on application development and delivery management.
- Proven experience managing large teams in a complex, large-scale environment.
- Hands-on experience and expertise in technologies like Java, .NET, or similar frameworks.
- Solid understanding of application development lifecycles, tools, and frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to mitigating risks and resolving challenges.
- Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in managing multi-geography teams and offshore delivery models.
- Solid business acumen with the ability to align technical deliveries with business goals.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe are a plus.
