We are hiring an HR Recruiter with 3 years of experience in residential facility management recruitment. The candidate should have experience in hiring for residential apartments, gated communities, and facility management operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end -to -end recruitment for residential projects.
- Hire positions such as Facility Manager, MEP Supervisor, Electrician, Plumber, STP Operator, Housekeeping Staff, Security, and Technicians.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and field recruitment.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment database and daily hiring reports.
- Handle offer rollout, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Coordinate with operations team for manpower planning.
- Ensure timely closure of positions.
Requirements
- solid experience in non -IT recruitment.
- Experience in residential apartment hiring is mandatory.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of Excel and recruitment tracking.
- Ability to handle bulk hiring and immediate requirements.
Qualification
- Any Degree / MBA HR preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Experience in facility management industry is an added advantage.
