The role involves designing and implementing engaging lesson plans that align with the GSEB curriculum, fostering a love for language, literature, and effective communication. This position is vital in shaping students’ foundational literacy skills, critical thinking, and academic confidence. Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver age -appropriate, curriculum -aligned English lessons for grades 1–9.
- Create engaging lesson plans that promote reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations, feedback, and reporting.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom setting that encourages participation and creativity.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, teaching strategies, and school initiatives.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance and progress.
- Participate in professional development and school -wide activities during the scheduled hours.
