Role Purpose
The Executive – Business Development is the driving force behind VINTON's market expansion, representing the brand at the forefront of the architectural and construction industry.
The role focuses on building meaningful relationships with architects, designers, contractors, builders, and project consultants while generating qualified opportunities for VINTON's premium architectural metalwork solutions.
This position offers a unique opportunity to learn the art of consultative business development through direct mentorship, exposure to iconic projects, and collaboration with industry-leading professionals. It is a career pathway designed to shape the next generation of Business Development leaders at VINTON.

Key Responsibilities
Build and nurture relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, and project consultants within the assigned verticals/segments.
Assist in Identifying and qualifying new project opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and regular client engagement.
Schedule and conduct client meetings, design discussions,



and project presentations to understand design intent and introduce VINTON's premium architectural metalwork solutions.
Provide consultative support by understanding client requirements and coordinating internally to develop technically feasible and value-engineered solutions.
Support the Senior Business Development team in preparing customized proposals, quotations, technical submissions, and client presentations.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, project updates, quotations, and follow-ups through the CRM system.
Participate in site visits to understand project requirements and coordinate with technical teams during project qualification.
Build long-term client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey, creating advocates for VINTON and generating repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate closely with the Estimation, Design, Production, and Project teams to ensure seamless project coordination from enquiry to handover.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities, sharing insights that contribute to VINTON's growth strategy.

What Success Looks Like
Within your first year, you will:
Build a qualified pipeline of architects and developers.
Successfully support premium project conversions.




Become a trusted consultant for clients(architects, developers and project consultants)
Develop a deep understanding of architectural metalwork, engineering, and execution.
Demonstrate ownership, professionalism, and robust relationship management skills.
