- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their skilled growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of software development with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming concepts and experience in developing custom reports, interfaces, forms, and enhancements.
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SAP HANA applications.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with SAP HANA database architecture and data modeling techniques.
- Skilled in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues within SAP environments.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
