Summary:
As an Operations Engineer, a typical day involves overseeing the smooth functioning of production systems and services, ensuring they meet operational requirements and service agreements. This role requires continuous monitoring, managing delivery processes, and addressing any issues that arise to maintain system reliability and performance.

The position demands coordination with various teams to uphold service standards and support operational excellence throughout the production lifecycle.

Job Title: GenAI & Agentic AI Automation Lead (IMS)

Role Summary:

Own technical design and reusable engineering patterns for Agentic AI solutions, including agent workflow architecture, API/tool integration, prompt and context design, validation approach, auditability, human-in-loop checkpoints, secure deployment, and reusable components that accelerate future use cases.

Drive Agentic AI delivery governance across use case intake, prioritization, sprint execution, dependency tracking, RAI/security reviews, environment readiness, UAT, deployment readiness, hypercare, and advantages realization. Maintain visibility of risks, blockers, approvals, human-in-loop checkpoints, and evidence required for auditability and production acceptance.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare technical solutions using Agentic AI concepts and frameworks.




Support development and demonstration of reusable AI agents.
Identify dependencies across design, build, testing, and deployment activities.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation.

Provide timely updates to Scrum Masters for stakeholder communications.

Participate in solution documentation and technical discussion

Own the agentic workflow end to end – Starting from requirement gathering, preparing workflow, developing Agents, testing & validation.

Design and build production-grade Multi-Agent Systems using frameworks like Lang Graph, CrewAI, or Microsoft Auto Gen to automate complex infrastructure management tasks (e.g., alert triaging, log parsing, capacity planning, and firewall policy validation)

Required Skills
Development & Automation
Strong hands-on experience in Python development and scripting, Agentic Framework
Experience with automation frameworks, APIs, workflow orchestration, and integration development.
Build secure tool-use capabilities (Function Calling) allowing autonomous agents to interface safely with core infrastructure tools via REST APIs (e.g., Service Now, Jira, Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes CRDs, and Datadog/Prometheus).
Knowledge of Dev Ops practices, CI/CD, version control, and automation lifecycle management.





Implement fine-grained access control (RBAC) and token-routing logic to guarantee that autonomous infrastructure modifications adhere strictly to enterprise IAM boundaries.

GenAI & Agentic AI
Hands-on experience with Agentic AI platform and GenAI solution development.

Understanding of Agentic AI workflows, prompt engineering, and enterprise AI use case implementation. Agentic AI frameworks such as CrewAI, Lang Graph, MCP, ACP, and multi-agent systems

Agile & Delivery Governance
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, backlog management, sprint planning, and stakeholder governance.

Ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive execution across cross-functional teams.

Leadership & Communication
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and escalation management abilities.

Ability to influence teams and drive outcomes in a matrix organization.

Experience
8–12 years of experience in Automation, Dev Ops, Infrastructure Engineering, or related domains.
Proven experience in Python-based development and automation delivery.
Experience delivering enterprise-scale automation and GenAI initiatives.
Exposure to Agile delivery models and multi-team coordination.

Experience working with infrastructure operations, service management, and automation transformation programs.

Shift Details: UK shift (B shift)

RTO as per project guidelines

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
