- Effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements, and operational decisions.
- Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and external partners.
- Problem-Solving & Innovation:
- Demonstrate resourcefulness and creativity in devising solutions to complex business challenges.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve operational and technical issues efficiently.
- Process Analysis & Testing:
- Test and map various business processes and protocols to identify areas for optimization.
- Document and maintain process flows, user stories, and business requirements.
- Data Analysis & Technology Integration:
- Utilize industry technology systems to gather data and drive data-backed decision-making.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions into business workflows.




- Communication & Leadership:
- Exhibit excellent communication and leadership skills to foster collaboration across teams.
- Present findings and recommendations effectively to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an IT services organization.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies for business analysis.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

Preferred:

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
