Job Description Media Search Group is looking for a dynamic and energetic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales and business development, possess strong communication skills, and have a creative approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels.
Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication platforms.
Present company services to clients in a compelling and professional manner.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch materials.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand and fulfill client requirements.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, sales, and revenue.
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.





Key Skills Required Strong Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication.
Sales & Negotiation Skills – Ability to convince and convert prospects.
Creative Thinking – Ability to approach challenges with innovative ideas.
Basic understanding of Business Development and Digital Marketing concepts is preferred.
Strong client-handling and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, confident, and results-driven.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Eligibility Graduate in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in Business Development/Sales , preferably in a digital marketing or IT company.
Candidates with experience in selling SEO, SMO, PPC, Website Development, or other digital marketing services will be preferred.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills are required.
