Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in platform setup and configuration based on client requirements.
- Prepare and execute QA test scripts and document test results.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) workshops with customers by capturing feedback and issues.
- Maintain documentation for delivery playbooks, process flows, and testing.
- Collaborate with global delivery teams to ensure project readiness.
- Gain exposure to logistics and supply chain domain and SaaS product rollouts.

Requirements:

- B.E./B.Tech/MCA (or pursuing final year) with strong academic performance.
- Basic understanding of software testing, QA, or platform configuration.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or test automation frameworks is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication skills and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
