Purpose of the Role To manage and support Digital category distributors through digital platforms by ensuring smooth order processing, coordination, communication, issue resolution, and timely updates for sales and service activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle distributor communication through digital channels such as WhatsApp, email, mobile applications, and calls.
- Ensure timely order booking, invoice tracking, and supply coordination with respective C&F; teams.
- Support distributors in resolving operational issues related to orders, dispatches, payments, and schemes.




- Maintain regular follow-up with distributors for business requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales Teams, Regional Managers, and HO departments for smooth execution of business activities.
- Share MIS reports and status updates with stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and digital workflow compliance.
- Provide prompt service support to distributors to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Skills Required

- Good communication and coordination skills

Knowledge of MS Excel, systems, and digital platforms
- Ability to manage distributors remotely through digital communication
- Solid problem-solving and follow-up skills
- Basic understanding of sales operations, billing, and inventory management

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline
- 13 years of experience in Customer Service, Distributor Coordination, Sales Coordination, or Backend Operations
