Job Overview: We are currently seeking a Customer Handling Executive to join our team at the Jaipur airport. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

- Greet and assist passengers at the airport,

providing information and answering any questions they may have -

Check-in passengers and their baggage, ensuring all necessary documents are in order - Handle any customer inquiries, complaints,

or issues in a professional and timely manner - Assist with boarding and de-boarding processes,



ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of passengers - Monitor flight schedules and communicate any changes or delays to passengers - Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times - Adhere to all safety and security protocols, as well as company policies and procedures

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Fluency in English and Hindi, additional languages are a plus - Must be physically able to lift and move heavy baggage if necessary Benefits:
