Drive the sales budgets and sell thru for the assigned brands
- Provide feedback on product performance of the previous season to the relevant stakeholders
- Adhere to the retail SOPs, retail standards, floor hygiene standards and processes for the store (including omni channel SOPs and processes)
- Implement and maintain the planogram as per the defined guidelines
- Receive, maintain and handover stock as per the defined process
- Take required actions to control shrinkage and damage as per defined norms
- Implement the recommended actions with reference to quick moving and slow moving ranges
- Adhere to the defined standards of customer service
- Communicate the marketing promotions as per defined guidelines
- Share feedback on the marketing promotions for necessary actions
- Provide support to the floor staff to deliver on the job
