Community ManagerLatoyá – Latin American Restaurant & Bar | Delhi By Manifest Hospitality Do you live and breathe Delhi's nightlife, food scene and social culture Latoyá is looking for a energetic Community Manager who can build a vibrant community around one of Delhi's most exciting Latin American dining destinations. This role goes beyond social media—it is about creating experiences, driving footfall, collaborating with influencers, and making Latoyá the place everyone wants to be. What You'll DoEvents & Experiences - Plan and execute exciting weekly events like Latin nights, salsa evenings, live music, guest shifts, ladies nights and themed experiences.

- Collaborate with artists, DJs, brands and vendors.
- Drive event attendance and revenue through creative campaigns. This is the primary ownership area for the role. PR & Influencer Relations - Coordinate with our PR agency to ensure effective media coverage.
- Build relationships with food, lifestyle and nightlife influencers.
- Execute influencer collaborations and hosted experiences.
- Track campaign performance and ROI.

Social Media

Oversight - Work closely with our social media agency.

- Review content calendars before publishing.
- Capture behind-the-scenes moments, live events and guest experiences.
- Ensure timely responses to community interactions whenever required.

Community

Building - Develop partnerships with dance communities, expat groups, corporate offices and lifestyle clubs.

- Grow WhatsApp communities and loyal guest databases.




- Increase repeat guests through meaningful engagement.

Reputation

Management - Monitor and improve ratings across Google, Zomato and EazyDiner.

- Respond to guest reviews and resolve concerns proactively.

Market

Intelligence & Reporting - Track competitor activities and emerging trends.

- Prepare monthly reports covering events, community growth, influencer campaigns and marketing ROI. We're Looking For - 2–5 years of experience in hospitality, nightlife, events, luxury retail or lifestyle brands.
- Strong network across Delhi's food, nightlife and influencer ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Creative thinker with strong execution abilities.
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends and during events.
- Passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable guest experiences.

Bonus If You

Have - Experience managing restaurant or bar communities.

- Event planning and execution experience.
- Existing influencer and creator network.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and campaign reporting.
