Key Responsibilities:

- Deploy, configure, and maintain AWS infrastructure using best practices and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as CloudFormation or Terraform.
- Support day-to-day operational tasks including EC2 instance management, S3 lifecycle policies, IAM user/role configurations, VPC setup, and security group management.
- Monitor cloud resources using AWS CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and third-party monitoring tools to ensure system availability and performance.
- Assist with patch management, backup solutions, and cost optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues and resolve incidents in a timely manner.
- Participate in cloud architecture reviews and provide input for improvements and automation opportunities.
- Maintain documentation related to infrastructure, operations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices,



including security and data protection standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 2-4 years of experience working in AWS Cloud environments in a support or operations role.
- Solid understanding of core AWS services: EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, CloudWatch, Lambda, etc.
- Hands-on experience with Linux/Windows system administration in a cloud environment.
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Terraform, AWS CloudFormation).
- Familiarity with scripting (Bash, PowerShell, or Python).
- Knowledge of networking concepts (subnets, VPN, DNS, firewalls, security groups).
- Experience working with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices is a plus.
- Exposure to container services (ECS, EKS, or Docker) is a plus.
- AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate or AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate) is preferred.
