We are looking for an organized, enthusiastic, and student-focused ASPIRE Coordinator to lead and coordinate the ASPIRE program, supporting students in their academic, personal, and overall development.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and implement ASPIRE program activities and initiatives.
Coordinate with teachers, students, parents, and school leadership for effective program delivery.
Organize workshops, enrichment activities, mentoring sessions, and student development programs.
Monitor and track student participation, progress, and engagement.
Maintain program-related records, reports, and documentation.
Support students in goal setting, skill development, leadership, and career awareness.
Communicate regularly with parents and relevant stakeholders regarding student participation and progress.
Participate in school events, meetings,



and career development programs.
Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Education, Psychology, Management, Social Sciences, or a relevant field .
Prior experience in school coordination, student development, counselling, or program management is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational, planning, and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in English and basic digital tools.
Passion for working with students and supporting their overall development.
