Role Description The Academic Head will oversee academic planning and delivery for entrepreneurship-focused programs and ensure alignment with the institute’s mission and university accreditation standards. This part-time, on-site role in Mumbai involves leading curriculum design, reviewing and updating course content, and integrating practical entrepreneurial experiences into the academic framework. The Academic Head will mentor faculty, coordinate teaching schedules, facilitate academic governance, and promote best practices in pedagogy and assessment.



The role includes collaborating with industry partners, organizing guest lectures and workshops, and monitoring student outcomes to drive continuous academic improvement. The Academic Head will also contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance the institute’s reputation and educational impact.

Qualifications

- Strong background in Educational Management and Education, with experience leading academic programs or departments.
- Proven expertise in Curriculum Development, particularly in entrepreneurship, business, or related fields.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to engage faculty, students, and external stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrated Team Management skills, including mentoring educators and fostering collaborative academic environments.
- Advanced degree in Education, Management, Entrepreneurship, Business, or a related discipline.
- Experience working with university-affiliated or accredited programs, preferably in an entrepreneurship or innovation context.
- Ability to design outcome-based learning frameworks and apply data-driven approaches to academic improvement.
- Commitment to inclusive, learner-centered pedagogy and ethical academic governance.
- Familiarity with current trends in entrepreneurship education, startup ecosystems, and skill-based learning.
