Role Summary - As a City Head, you will own the end-to-end business performance for an assigned city/cluster, driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and restaurant partner success. You will lead a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and POCs, ensuring business targets are achieved through strong execution, data-driven decision-making,



and field leadership.

Key Responsibilities Own city-level business metrics, revenue, and growth targets.

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing field sales team.

Build and strengthen relationships with key restaurant partners.

Monitor business performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive corrective actions.

Ensure accurate reporting, operational excellence, and stakeholder alignment.

Drive partner engagement, market expansion, and business planning.What We're Looking For 6–9 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Operations, or Business Leadership.

Proven experience managing teams and driving business growth across a city or territory.

Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.

Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.

Experience in FoodTech, Quick Commerce, E-commerce, FMCG, or related industries is preferred.
