- Monitor and control batch manufacturing processes as per SOPs and process parameters.
- Handle reaction monitoring, charging of raw materials, and process adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation of batch records, logbooks, and production reports.
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for in-process sampling and product quality checks.
- Troubleshoot process deviations, yield issues, and equipment problems.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, raw materials, and utilities.
- Follow EHS (Setting, Health & Safety) practices and ensure safe handling of chemicals.
- Assist in process optimization and cost reduction initiatives.
- Support plant audits, inspections, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain housekeeping standards as per 5S and safety norms. Role & responsibilities
