What You'll Be Doing

- Perform interval duration and rate measurements on digital and paper ECGs according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

- Evaluate, place, and adjust calipers on digital ECGs using approved measurement methodologies.

- Utilize validated software to convert PNG images into XML files and verify conversion accuracy through waveform assessment.

- Accurately calibrate PDF image scaling to collect measurements from paper ECGs.

- Process cardiac data from continuous Holter recordings.

- Extract timepoint-specific 12-lead ECGs and export XML files to designated databases for IDM measurement.

- Evaluate ECGs for safety and alert findings and notify appropriate teams according to written procedures.

- Perform Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring (ABPM) processing activities.

- Balance multiple workflows to support cardiac safety data analysis according to operational priorities.

- Participate in quality assurance activities to demonstrate accuracy, precision, and repeatability.

- Read,



understand, and apply all job-related SOPs and Standard Work Instructions (SWIs).

- Meet or exceed departmental productivity and quality metrics.

- Escalate system performance concerns through appropriate management and IT channels.

What We Look For

- Associate Degree required; Bachelor's Degree in a related scientific, healthcare, or life sciences field preferred.

- ECG certification or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Demonstrated knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology.

- 1–2 years of experience in an ECG Core Lab, cardiac safety environment, or regulated clinical research setting.

- Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), GDPR, and data privacy requirements.

- Experience processing ECG, Holter, or other cardiac safety data.

- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Ability to work independently, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

- Experience working successfully within a team-oriented environment.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, database systems, and web-based tools.

- Ability to perform effectively in a metrics-driven production workplace with tight turnaround times.
