Celigo is transforming the integration and automation landscape, and we're looking for a Business Systems Engineer – Dev/QA with a passion for Salesforce development, automation, and AI-driven quality assurance. In this role, you will design, build, and automate testing and DevOps processes to ensure seamless, high-quality Salesforce releases. You will collaborate across product, engineering, and business teams to implement cutting-edge QA practices while maintaining data integrity across our GTM systems.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development & Automation

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce applications using industry-approved tools and frameworks.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for Salesforce-specific features including Flows, Triggers, and Apex Jobs.
- Implement and maintain Salesforce Apex Triggers and Classes aligned with best development practices.
- Leverage AI-based tools for test creation, bug detection, and automation efficiency.

DevOps Integration & QA Process

- Design and integrate QA automation processes into existing DevOps pipelines using tools such as Gearset, AccelQ, Jira, and Selenium.
- Monitor and enforce quality metrics (e.g., escaped defects, reliability, repeatability, resiliency).
- Collaborate with developers and system owners to ensure smooth release management and CI/CD processes.
- Contribute to process documentation, regression testing, and test workplace maintenance.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

- Work closely with developers, product owners,



and business analysts to ensure test coverage aligns with business processes.
- Communicate testing progress, challenges, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve QA documentation, processes, and efficiency.
- Stay current with Salesforce ecosystem updates, QA automation trends, and AI-driven testing technologies.

System Quality & Data Governance

- Maintain high data quality and consistency across Salesforce and GTM systems.
- Support Salesforce DevOps initiatives with focus on automation, performance, and system reliability.

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Math, or Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on Salesforce applications preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience designing and implementing automated testing solutions using Jira, Gearset, AccelQ, or Selenium.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Apex, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Java.
- Experience with Salesforce-specific technologies: Flows, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of Lightning Web Components, Aura, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce DevOps Center.
- Understanding of AI automation tools for testing and release management.
- Familiarity with software development best practices, version control, and code review processes.
- Experience in the financial or investment sector is a plus.
