- We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders by analyzing requirements, facilitating communication, and driving data-backed solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical foundation, excellent problem-solving abilities, and outstanding communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams within a Scrum team environment (team size: 6-8 members).
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.




- Create and maintain documentation in Confluence and manage project tracking using JIRA.
- Support data analysis tasks using SQL and leverage APIs for data integration and reporting.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Technical Skills Required:

- Proficiency in APIs and SQL
- Hands-on experience with Confluence and JIRA
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
