Technical Skills:

- Triaging: Prioritize and manage the resolution of defects identified during testing.
- Defect Resolution: Work closely with IT & business teams to address and resolve defects in a timely manner.
- Able to assess the feasibility, impact and effort for change requests from the business stakeholders.

:

- Acts as a SPOC for requirements for the business users and liaise with the delivery teams during the project delivery cycle.
- Flexible working hours to work either in AP, EU or US timezone

Responsibility:

- Good communication in English (both written and spoken)
- Experience in requirements gathering. Facilitate requirements discussion to ensure business understands the capabilities of the product/platform.
- Customer Service knowledge would be of advantage
- Work experience in global settings would be of advantage
- Plan & support user testing to ensure that the product capabilities meet business expectations.
