Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze business requirements to design seamless and efficient user experiences.
- Conduct user interviews and research to understand user needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define UX goals and product functionality.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and mockups using tools such as Figma.
- Ensure responsive UX design that works across devices and screen sizes.
- Work closely with developers to communicate design specifications effectively.
- Understand and work with low-code platforms to guide feasible implementations.
- Apply Agile practices to ensure iterative delivery of UX enhancements.
- Maintain a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to bridge communication with the development team.




- Required Skills:Robust background in business analysis and UX design
- Experience in user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD)
- Understanding of low-code platforms and how UX translates within them
- Familiarity with responsive web design principles
- Good communication skills with a basic awareness of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers and product owners
- Ability to transform business goals into functional design deliverables
