n Minimum Experience - 3 to 4 years in inside sales or similar
n Industry Preference - Interior Design Firms,Real Estate, Ed tech,Retail, Automotive
n Role - Individual Contributor
n Roles & Responsibilities:
n n Build pipeline and build strong relationships with prospects
n Own the experience we give every prospective customer from the first time they interact with us
n Responsible for achieving sales targets by working with a talented group of interiors designers
n Provide world-class customer experience by extending passion and commitment for serving customers
n The ideal candidate for this role will come with past experience in managing relationships with customers and running a sales team, with explicit sales targets
n Candidates should come with a proven track record of taking ownership,
understanding customer pain-points, driving results and moving with speed to implement ideas in a fast-paced environment.
n Should be effective communicators who can work effortlessly with customers, colleagues, business partners and vendors, alike
n n Requirements:
n n Excellent verbal and written communications skills
n 2 to 3 years of prior experience in B2C Sales hitting minimum monthly targets .
n Strong listening and presentation skills
n Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
n n Qualifications:
n n A graduate in any stream (10+2+3 regular education)
n Minimum Experience - 3 plus years in inside sales or similar
n Excellent written and verbal communication skills
