- Design and develop software applications that meet business needs and technical requirements.
- Lead technical projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design software solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices in software development.
- Perform code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior engineers to foster skill development.
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues, providing timely resolutions to ensure system reliability.
- Continuously improve software development processes and practices to enhance team productivity.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying them as appropriate.

Qualifications and Skills

- Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming, Design.
- Understanding of the latest C++ development standards
- Understanding of C++ specific notions and dynamic polymorphism
- Added advantage if worked in Media industry
- Has experience with Codec.



Prefer people who have Math background or done Signal processing and/or Data Compression part of their engineering degree - ECE or EEE
- Comprehension of memory management for non-garbage collected environments
- Excellent knowledge of algorithms, STL containers, and data structures
- Knowledge on Unix/shell script, socket programming and design pattern
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving skills, Strong debugging skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Knowledge of other development languages like Python and Java is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of RDBMS databases like oracle and SQL server
- Latest knowledge of development methodologies and modern software design
- Knowledge of Agile process / Scrum Ceremonies.
- Excellent communication skills, can-do attitude, ability to stretch when needed
