- ERP Knowledge: Experience with any Tier-1 ERP platform such as Oracle, Infor LN, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), SAP, Ramco, or Zoho.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of ERP experience.
- Preferred Expertise: Solid functional knowledge and hands-on experience in Finance and Accounting modules.
ERP Management
- Manage end-to-end ERP operations, implementation, upgrades, and support activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact between business users, ERP vendors, and implementation partners.
- Monitor ERP system performance and ensure high availability.
- Lead ERP enhancement projects and process improvement initiatives.
Finance & Accounting Process Support
- Understand and support core finance processes including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets Management
- Cost Center Accounting
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Taxation (GST, TDS, VAT, etc.)
- Bank Reconciliation
- Financial Closing & Reporting
- Configure and maintain finance-related ERP modules.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
