About the Role We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive business growth within an assigned territory. The role involves building and managing a strong partner network, leading an on-the-ground sales team, and achieving business targets through effective execution and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
● Own business targets and revenue for the assigned region.
● Drive loan sourcing, customer acquisition, and disbursement growth.
● Build and maintain relationships with: ○ Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs) ○ Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) ○ Wealth Advisors ○ Channel Partners ○ Brokers
● Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of Feet-on-Street (FOS) executives.
● Ensure partner productivity and consistent lead generation.




● Monitor team performance and provide coaching.
● Resolve operational challenges and ensure smooth execution.
● Coordinate with internal teams for faster processing and customer service.
● Track key business metrics including leads, conversions, revenue, and AUM. Required Skills
● 8–12 years of experience in NBFC, Lending, Wealth Management, or Financial Distribution.
● Strong network of MFDs, IFAs, brokers, and channel partners.
● Proven experience in achieving business targets.
● Team handling experience.
● Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
● Strong leadership and execution capabilities.
● Ability to work independently in a fast-paced workplace.
