N n Role Summary
NWe are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth, strengthen key customer relationships, and lead commercial operations for the industrial lubricants business. The role involves managing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, coordinating with the global principal company, and ensuring seamless execution across sales, supply chain, and customer support.

- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for additional business and current applications. N
- Develop new customers and expand market presence across target industries. N
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction through effective account management. N
- Coordinate with global principal company, for product recommendations, import planning, and technical support. N




- Forecast demand and manage inventory planning to ensure uninterrupted product availability. N
- Prepare quotations, oversee order execution, and coordinate with internal teams for timely deliveries. N
- Monitor receivables andensure effective payment follow-up. N
- Resolve commercial and technical issues in collaboration with customers and the principal. N
- Organize customer seminars, technical presentations, and business development initiatives to strengthen brand visibility. N
- Maintain accurate salesreports, ERP updates, customer visit reports, and ISO documentation. N

- 12–15 years of B2B sales experience in industrial lubricants, metalworking fluids, speciality chemicals, engineering products, or allied industrial sectors. N
- Proven track record in Key Account Management and Business Development. N
