- Jump on live calls with US customers — onboarding sessions, health checks, performance reviews. You're their go-to person. N
- Turn marketing numbers into plain English — leads, clicks, conversions, ROI. No jargon walls allowed. N
- Handle churn risks and sticky situations with calm, confidence, and a solution mindset. N
- Collaborate with CS, AdOps, and Analytics teams — because great outcomes are a team sport. N
- Build lasting relationships where clients actually look forward to your calls. N

- Bring 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or voice-based international roles. N
