Role Overview:
As a Refrigeration Design Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating with the sales team for techno-commercial offers
- Designing Freon-based plug-in/remote refrigerated cabinets
- Preparing BOM drawings for refrigeration and cold storage projects
- Creating 3D CAD models
- Retaining and organizing technical and commercial data for efficiency
- Guiding team members for timely project completion
- Coordinating and negotiating with internal and external vendors
Key Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in refrigeration/cold storage industry.
- Expertise in ammonia/Freon-based refrigeration system design, including compressor selection, pipe routing, and valve/controls selection.
- Experience in refrigeration evaporator & condenser coil design.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Robust presentation and communication skills.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience with 3D rendering software
- Knowledge of electrical and power cable selection
- Familiarity with PLCs and electrical panels for refrigeration systems
