QA-Senior Leader Engineer

Experience: 8+ years

Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on QA-Senior Leader Engineer with over 8 years of experience in manual and automation testing, and exposure to performance testing. The ideal candidate will lead a QA team of 5–10 engineers, be actively involved in Agile delivery cycles, and contribute directly to sprint activities. The QA-Senior Leader Engineer should bring strong leadership, deep technical expertise, and a team-oriented mindset to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a QA team of 5–10 testers (manual and automation).
- Own the quality assurance strategy, planning, and execution across all phases of the SDLC.
- Be hands-on in manual and automation testing – contribute actively during Agile sprints.
- Define and implement robust test plan
