Supporting all digital platforms for online order bookings and customer connection. Providing retail digitalization and operation support.
To plan & ensure the smooth running & utilization of:
- Retail & POS Solution,
- Digital Solutions and Lead the Digital Track,
- SAP Sales & Distribution & Logistics execution
- Build automated reporting in Order to cash and Stores solutions
- Support the HANA migration project
- Build robust integration solutions

Retail MIS documentation to provide explicit pictures of the customized project to the business. To facilitate the proper running of the systems and to provide the best user satisfaction, to make quality software for reducing manual time.

Retail & POS Solution




- Develop innovative solution for business issues,
- Reduction of manual work,
- Enhancement of existing SAP Finance functionalities,
- Clearly understand the overall/ business process requirements for current & future needs and map those business processes to application functionality.
- To ensure smooth running of the module
- Interact with SI Partners on the Finance related projects as a Project manager/ Track Lead which includes Fund management,

Supervise & Support SAP Sales & Distribution module
- Act as a solution Architect and supervise the subordinate/s and partner support team on a day to day basis,
- Build up and validate the solution

CRM/ Customer
- Drive in implementing CRM Platform across the organization on any of the CRM solution (Sales Force, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Sugar CRM, SAP C4C)

Lead the Digital transformation Track
- Be a track lead for the various digital initiatives taken at the Un
