Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive policies, procedures, and training programs related to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS).
- Collaborate with management teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Implement effective hazard identification and risk assessment techniques to minimize risks.
- Provide training and guidance on EHS best practices to employees.

Job Requirements :
- Robust skills in accident investigation, HIRA (Hazard Identification), risk assessment, and incident investigation.
- Proven track record of developing effective EHS policies and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards in the chemicals industry.
