We manage virtual models for architecture and engineering (MEP and Structure) This consists largely on the manipulation of information (parameters and databases) that are embedded in the respective models and objects.

Responsibilities:




- Develop HVAC system designs, selecting equipment and components, tailored to specific MEP projects.
- Prioritize energy-efficient and sustainable HVAC solutions in all design work.
- Perform HVAC design calculation and Heat load calculation
- Ensure strict compliance with local, state, and national building codes and standards.
- Perform precise heating and cooling load calculations to accurately size HVAC systems.
- Utilize HVAC design software and modelling tools to optimize system performance.
- Specify HVAC equipment and components, considering efficiency and capacity.
- Create detailed ductwork and piping system designs, including layout and insulation requirements.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to seamlessly integrate HVAC systems into overall project plans.
