- Experience working in a goal oriented sales environment.
- Customer FI, counseling &Tele; verification, need of credit facilities, of existing loans, collection of pending arrears, and also KYC & Pending documents etc.
- Maintaining very positive relationship with all Dealers for collecting kyc, invoice insurance ,
- Participate in the career development of each employee, including training of consumer lending products and services
- Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and ensure continued relationships with customer and Dealers
- Manage collection activities including consulting with customers on loan payments for past due accounts
- Maintaining Customers track records.
- Co-ordinating with Colleagues, ABM,ASM and office credit team.
