Peter Justesen is looking for a commercially driven and customer-focused Commercial Agent in India to develop our business and strengthen our relationships with diplomatic customers in the market.
In this role, you will be the local face of Peter Justesen. You will build trusted, long-term relationships with embassies, consulates, diplomats and other eligible customers, identify new business opportunities and ensure that our customers experience a high level of service throughout their journey with us.
This is a hands-on commercial role for someone who enjoys developing a market, meeting customers and turning strong relationships into sustainable business.
Your role
Your primary responsibility will be to grow Peter Justesen's business in India while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
You will work closely with the Market Manager and our teams at headquarters in Copenhagen, including Customer Service, Marketing, Supply Chain and Shipping.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop sales and grow turnover and profitability in the Indian market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with embassies, consulates, diplomats and other relevant customers.
- Identify and approach potential new customers and customer segments.
- Plan and conduct regular customer meetings and follow up proactively on opportunities and customer needs.
- Represent Peter Justesen at relevant diplomatic events, including national days and social events.
- Act as a trusted local point of contact and ensure that customers receive responsive, qualified and reliable service.
- Support customers throughout the ordering process and proactively follow up to ensure orders are confirmed, handled and delivered on time.
- Coordinate customer issues and after-sales matters with our headquarters in Copenhagen.
