Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Process loan applications from start to finish, ensuring timely disbursement of funds.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and performance metrics.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in home finance or related field (e.g., housing loan).
- Solid understanding of mortgage loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), HL (Home Loan) products.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and negotiation.
