Position: Multi Skilled Technician (MST) – B License
Department: Electrical / Facility Management
Experience: 2–7 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Electrical
License: Valid B License mandatory

Job Responsibilities
- Handle complete electrical floor maintenance
- Operation and maintenance of HT/LT electrical systems.
- Monitor and maintain HT/LT panels, LT panels, MDB, SMDB and DBs.
- Operate and maintain DG sets, UPS, batteries and electrical distribution systems.
- Attend electrical breakdowns and carry out troubleshooting.
- Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Check and maintain transformers, APFC panels, capacitor banks and busbars.
- Monitor electrical parameters such as voltage,



current, frequency and load.
- Maintain lighting systems, emergency lights, exit lights and power points.
- Carry out electrical inspection and identify potential electrical hazards.
- Perform cable termination, cable dressing and basic electrical repair works.
- Ensure proper functioning of electrical distribution and power supply systems.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HT/LT electrical systems.
- Hands-on experience with electrical panels, DG, UPS, transformers and APFC.
- Positive knowledge of electrical troubleshooting.
