- Attending various courts/Tribunals/Forums as POA Holder of the company Filing of EPs/cases U/s 138/criminal cases/sec 9/sec.17 before various courts Arranging Lok Adalat camps/conciliation camps to support resolution Support to be extended to Business/Recovery team for execution of warrants/attachments
- Arranging interim relief of attachment/arrest in EP cases.
- Understanding the business requirements and to plan the activity for the month.
- Completing the planned activity within the TAT and reporting to the reporting manager.
- Attending customer issues created in the Branch related to Business.
- The employee will have to do warrant execution , customer visit , disposal loss recovery & support the departments
